Refund policy

Every Bootiiq piece is hand-embroidered and made in small batches, so we keep our returns process simple and personal. Please read this before ordering.

Returns window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Email info@bootiiq.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Items sent back without an approved return request can't be accepted.

Condition

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free of perfume, makeup or other marks, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Because every garment is embroidered by hand, we inspect each return before approving it.

How returns are refunded

Approved returns are issued as store credit for the full price of the item(s), which you can use on any future Bootiiq purchase. Store credit is emailed to you once your return arrives and passes inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us. We recommend a tracked service, since we can't issue credit for returns that don't arrive. Once your return is approved, send it to:

Customers in the United States: any customs duties or brokerage fees charged on a return shipment are your responsibility and will be deducted from the store credit.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Request a return within the 7-day window and tell us the size you want. If it's in stock we'll hold it for you and apply your store credit to it once your return arrives. Because we make pieces in small batches, sizes can sell out and can't always be guaranteed.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, has a construction defect or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll cover return shipping and send you a replacement or, if one isn't available, a refund to your original payment method.

Small irregularities in stitching, thread colour or motif placement are a natural result of hand embroidery and are not considered defects. No two pieces are exactly alike.

Final sale

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged, except where they arrive damaged or defective.
